Cancellation Policy

Same day cancellation or no call-no show, will result in cancellation of session and loss of session payment. There is a one-time appointment change. I understand things happen. However, appointment must be changed 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to prevent loss of payment. Refunds are not allowed on class sessions.
